Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

Please email us to initiate a return or exchange along with your name and order number.

 

Refunds 

Returns without prior approval will be rejected, disposed, and not eligible for an exchange and/or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must start the return process no later than 10 days after receipt of your item. Customer is responsible for shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be given.

 

Exchanges

minicado will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send us an email no later than 14 days after receipt of your item. 

If the items sent were defective or were not the right items, we will only allow exchanges for the same item.
